deliberate space for creation

interventions for an architectural office to develop an organisational tissue for condensed creation

the drawing stating the idea behind the interventions

Based upon the work done in the project about the agony of attention (the possibilities of somebody and something) and we worked on a set of interventions to help an architectural office to find the space in their working practices to give more and profound attention to their process of developing strong functional and spatial concepts in the competition for work.

The work consisted of setting the time apart and marking that with a poster in the office. Time and attetntion is given to make sure that people who attend have the right mind set for the collective creation of a concept. The interventions are concentrated into one day and the result proofed better than their previous practices in terms of time spent and the quality of the resulst

The intervention were consolidated into a guide to be shared among all employees.
